  • Mark Kofahl

    Mark

    Mark is a founder and director of Solutions Outsourced Pty Ltd, a company of more than 20 people, the vision for which arose from many years of commercial experience in the IT industry. Mark's background in Accountancy serves him well when discovering the key drivers in your business and how best to leverage them. Mark is the architect of the award wining Siteflex Web Management system, now used by small, medium & large private companies, public companies, government and education alike, both across Australia and internationally. Mark is a guest speaker at Australasia's No. 1 Business Event, CeBIT; contributes to a number of charitable organisations and is also a Non-Executive Director of Mater Dei as well as Macarthur Disability Services. Mark is a Member of the Australian Instititue of Company Directors.

    Qualifications: B. Ec (Accounting), Macquarie University, MAICD
    Interests:

    Mark is also a Christian, a father of two, commercial pilot and flight instructor and speaks fluent German. He also enjoys VW's, skiing, bushwalking and fine music.

  • Dom Ooi

    Dom

    Qualified as programmer, Dominic joined Solutions Outsoured following the completion of his Masters and now participates as a Director of the company. Dominic has wide ranging experience in both Education and the Commerical world, and specifically with E-commerce and their supporting systems.

    Qualifications: Bachelor Computer Science, Masters in I.T
    Interests:

    Dominic is currently into home maintenance and GTIs when not in the office, settling into his new home after some jetsetting around Europe. Dominic enjoys a good laugh, and is also a keen bass player in his spare time.

  • Deborah Kofahl

    Deborah

    A founder and director of Solutions Outsourced, Deborah's tertiary qualifications (with Honours) in Management Studies serves as a firm foundation for the company's vision of delivering outstanding services to clients. An excellent tactician, Deborah's Marcomms (marketing and communications) strengths are unmatched in the region. Before founding Solutions Outsourced, Deborah gained a wealth of experience in a number of extremely fast paced industries, finally as a Marketing Manager for a large firm with significant marketing spend.

    The most common questions she gets asked is who she supports in the Rugby - South African born, New Zealand educated, Deborah has made Australia home.

    Qualifications: Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons.)
    Interests:

    Deborah enjoys the outdoors - camping, hiking and skiing. She takes great joy in the company of her two little dogs - a dachsund (Wolfy) and a miniature pinscher (Fritz). July 2007 brought on a whole new world for Deborah (and Mark) with the birth of their son Max, and again in 2010, their daughter Alexandra. The two little dogs have now learnt to be dogs again.

  • Brett Daniels

    Brett
    Brett is our lead programmer and brings to Solutions Outsourced expertise in all major platforms and languages. Unlike many programmers, Brett has a keen eye for design, a great sense for usability, and an ability to apply sound logical thinking to the code. As every outcome has a just right mix of usability, functionality and aesthetic, Brett is always happy to sign his name to the work.
    Qualifications: Bachelor of Internet Science
    Interests: Brett loves to travel and find hidden treasures in all parts of the world. When not laying down some sweet air guitar to his favourite music, he enjoys a good drop of wine and a chai tea chiller. When there is some serious coding to be done, sunglasses are a requirement.
  • Olivia Grima

    Olivia

    Olivia has a steady eye for all things design and is always ready to tackle any new task that is throw her way. Olivia heads the web design department, bringing a lot of talent to this area. Her bubbly personality helps warm up the studio on those cold winter mornings, day after day creating artworks that amaze not only our clients but the design team as well.

    Qualifications: Advanced Diploma Of Graphic Design (for which she graduated as most outstanding in her year)
    Interests:

    Olivia takes every opportunity to get outdoors with family and friends. She is appreciated for being kind natured and wise beyond her years. Olivia has recently become Mrs Grima, settling into married life in the beautiful Southern Highlands!

  • Brendan Murty

    Brendan

    Brendan is a dedicated, self-taught web developer, with experience across many platforms. Always hungry to find the right solution, Brendan uses his passion for the latest and greatest in tech for good (only occasionally evil). Brendan loves helping clients get the most they can out of Siteflex.

    Qualifications: Self taught Web Developer
    Interests:

    Believing he is some sort of authority on the matter via his Italian heritage, Brendan confines his sweetness to his love of lollies and his pizza to a tasty Crust. No BBQ sauce. Usually the first to dive in to new tech, Brendan walks the fine line between early adopter, beta tester and guinea pig. Brendan is a man of quality over quantity, proven by his beautiful baby daughter Isla.

  • Emily Bailey

    Emily

    Emily is one of our diverse designers, moving between web and print design when the job calls for it. Layout in either platform is a particular strength of Emily's - making the most simple of designs look structured and appealing. Emily livens the office with her love of music and her vivacious laugh.

    Qualifications: Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design
    Interests:

    When not in the office, Emily loves going to concerts, cooking, camping and snowboarding. She is also known to cater for large numbers of people in one sitting, a great task of its own.

  • Julie Stevens

    Julie
    Julie joins the Accounts Department managing billing and helping to keep the office in good working order. Julie brings positivity to the office, and doesn't let anyone go thirsty.
    Interests: A true local to the area, Julie spends her spare time relaxing with her family, and can often be found traveling for her kids various sports.
  • John Wilson

    John

    John has a commercial background in programming to assist Siteflex users get the most out of their websites. John has been programming websites for 12 years, and ran his own company in New Zealand before settling in Australia with his wife. John has a passion for front end website development work.

    Qualifications: NZQA Diploma in I.T
    Interests:

    He enjoys spending time with his young family, and keeps active riding his bike to and from work most days. If things are a bit quiet you may find him with headphones on creating semi-organised electronic musical bleeps and blips on his iPad.

  • Michael Doig

    Michael

    Michael is our Database Developer and comes to us with a vast BI and SQL Server background. Michael has played key implementation, training and support roles in exciting projects throughout a number of countries - always leaving an impression with his customers for his attention to detail and professionalism.

    Qualifications: Various SQL Server 2000/05/08 training seminars
    Interests:

    Taking a break from his Bachelor of Commerce way back in '97; Michael jet-setted across the globe to settle in the USA, starting a family. Michael is passionate and actively plays Grade cricket, has two styles of martial arts under his belt, loves snowboarding, paintball, laser tag, camping, and traveling. Michael also enjoys coaching his sons' sports, whilst holding officer positions in both Snr and Jnr cricket club. The family also have another "son" Otto Emanuel, who lives in Uganda.

  • Peter Ford

    Peter

    Peter possesses a sharp eye for the finer details and excels at applying the polish to creative projects. Peter tends to output very clean, structured designs and is proficient in both web and print fields, with a particular interest in e-commerce websites. Peter is also fond of prodding the developers for new functionality!

    Qualifications: Diploma Of Graphic Design
    Interests:

    Peter is renowned for his wizardry in the foosball arena, inventing various techniques feared by opposing teams such as "the trance". Off the field, Peter can often be found bobbing his head to a humble library of electronic music or munching away on an endless flow of snacks.

  • Janinne Pemberton

    Janinne

    Janinne controls the purse at Solutions Outsourced and ensures that everything runs like clockwork. Born and educated in the UK, Janinne has also worked in Germany, and in more recent years made the move to Australia with her family. Janinne has had extensive experience in both Practice and Industry Accounting, and previously trained and worked in Mechanical Engineering.

    Qualifications: Trained Accounting Technician -Industrial and Practice Accountancy
    Interests:

    Janinne enjoys spending time with her young family, including her husband and two sons, traveling, and getting to know Australian customs. She also enjoys keeping active, skiing, mountain trekking and gardening when she finds the time.

  • Ben Hopkinson

    Ben
    Ben Hopkinson brings onboard an eclectic skill-set combining branding/ campaign concepts along with a strong print/ packaging design background in the Retail, Fashion & Shopper Marketing Environment. Ben comes with over 10yrs experience, most recently working for a Sydney design agency with brands such as David Jones, Unilever, Schwarzkopf, and Penfolds.
    Qualifications: Adv Dip. Graphic Design - Maj. Corporate Identity & Illustration.
    Interests: Ben loves to try his hand at all things creatively inclined: from print/ web design, packaging and illustration to wall murals, tee-shirt graphics and anything in-between. Ben also has: A slight green thumb, square eyes for quirky films, a love of old-school hats and an insatiable appetite for books.
  • Adam Fioramonte

    Adam

    Adam is a self-taught web programmer with a particular passion for doing a job once and doing it well (perhaps learnt from his days as a plumber). He is a local to the area and has recently joined the team as a front-end developer and has already been a great addition!

    Interests:

    Adam loves many things. Pork buns at the local bakery, whipping master class players at Starcraft, good action movies and doing web code.

  • Mitchell Carlyon

    Mitchell

    Mitch joins our support team to help with all things web related (primarily front end development). His postive attitude and willingness is admired by his peers, particularly as he helps lighten the load in the Dev department.

    Qualifications: Diploma of Digital Media
    Interests:

    Since he first learned to write, Mitchell has always had a passion for creative writing and dreams of the day he can actually finish one of his concepts. In the meantime, Mitchell studies Japanese, an interest that started with a mispurchase of a game in the language. Since then, he has grown quite fond of the culture and looks forward to the day he achieves written and spoken fluency in the language.

  • Rabin Raj Shrestha

    Rabin Raj
    Our Special Projects specialist, Rabin is quick to capture our clients goals and put them into web action. Experienced in back-end programming and databases, Rabin helps make the complex simple. If you're quiet, you might be lucky enough to hear the code whisperer at work.
    Qualifications: Masters of Engineering Studies (Software Engineering)
    Interests: Married in Nepal during 2011, Rabin is the non-better half of the momo making couple. Always keen on jetting over to Nepal, his home country, Rabin also loves to explore the regions of his new home, Australia, especially those featuring some great wine. A welcome addition to any activity, Rabin's enthusiasm is matched only by his kindness.
  • Amy Rawlings

    Amy
    Amy is a talented designer and as part of our team she exercises her flare for creativity in both print and web. Amy caught our eye at the UWS Grad show with some great design work and clever ideas. Since starting with us she has already helped a number of clients achieve some great results.
    Qualifications: Bachelor of Design and Visual Communications
    Interests: Amy is an avid tea drinker, an interest she enjoys sharing with many of her colleagues. She enjoys snowboarding, old books and horse riding. She is also passionate about good soup (especially if it is Polish!)
  • Andy Hobbs

    Andy

    Andy started work at Solutions Outsourced in 2006 and returns after a 3-year hiatus to help with design and looking after our clients.

    Qualifications: Bachelor of Design: Visual Communication
    Interests:

    When Andy isn't hanging with his wife Keris and sons Callum & Jude- he enjoys watching a good movie, drinking good coffee and playing mildly competitive sports (not at the same time). The 4 of them recently moved to Wollongong to help some friends start up a church there.

  • Nathan Sams

    Nathan

    Nathan joins the programming team with experience and knowledge he's earnt from running his own web design and development business. His skills as both a designer and a developer make him a unique asset to the Programming team. He'll be helping our new clients adapt their current website into their shiny new Siteflex homes.

    Qualifications: Bachelor of Psychology, Self taught Web Developer
    Interests:

    When his hands aren't busy crafting websites, building his new gaming rig, or carving away at his latest woodworking project, he gives them a rest with a weekend game of Soccer. Nathan is also the latest member to join the musical ensemble known as the Solutions Outsorchestra - an avid jazz guitarist with over 17 years of face-melting solos under his belt.

  • Miko Ademagic

    Miko
    Having sought out Solutions Outsourced as a great place to work, Miko joins the web development team with a keen eye for all things web. Miko is passionate about improving the usability of every website that comes his way, while solving client problems in the most efficient way possible. An enthusiastic dedicated worker, Miko gets the job done, and done well.
    Qualifications: Bachelor of I.T
    Interests: When not ripping up the concert scene or following Tame Impala around, Miko enjoys the finer things in life - tasty food, porch parties, good company and a few sneaky Jagers. Having previously spent many years in Germany, Miko now calls Liverpool home, proudly.
