Mark Kofahl

Mark is a founder and director of Solutions Outsourced Pty Ltd the vision for which arose from many years of commercial experience in the IT industry. Mark observed a number of very successful Silicon Valley firms pioneered the outsourcing revolution by actually concentrating solely on their core strengths and outsourcing the rest (primarily professional marketing services, legal, accounting and manufacturing). Playing an important role in the launch of a number of still prominent marketing leading brands, Mark's background in Accountancy serves him well when discovering the key drivers in your business and how best to leverage them.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor of Economics (Accounting)
Interests: Mark is also a commercial pilot and flight instructor. Mark also enjoys VW's, skiing, bushwalking and fine music.

Deborah Hammond

A founder and director of Solutions Outsourced, Deborah's tertiary qualifications (with Honours) in Management Studies serves as a firm foundation for the company's vision of delivering outstanding services to clients. An excellent tactician, Deborah's Marcomms (marketing and communications) strengths are unmatched in the region. Before founding Solutions Outsourced, Deborah gained a wealth of experience in a number of extremely fast paced industries, finally as a Marketing Manager for a large firm with significant marketing spend.

The most common questions she gets asked is who she supports in the Rugby - South African born, New Zealand educated, Deborah has made Australia home.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons.)
Interests: Deborah enjoys the outdoors - camping, hiking and skiing. She takes great joy in the company of her two little dogs - a dachsund (Wolfy) and a miniature pinscher (Fritz). July 2007 brought on a whole new world for Deborah (and Mark) with the birth of their son Max. The two little dogs are learning to be dogs again.

 

Jeremy Cabral

Jeremy Cabral joins Solutions Outsourced with a passion for online marketing. Before having completed his Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Online Marketing, Jeremy already had a number of years of practical 'hands on' experience in discovering what works and what does not work. Jeremy keenly observes both the emerging techniques and the results they yield across the major search engines and seeks to apply this knowledge into both the Siteflex system and client websites.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Marketing with sub-major in E-Marketing
Interests: Jeremy enjoys orange Holden Toranas with Triple Webers, going to concerts and the Internet.

Janinne Pemberton

Janinne is our Accounting Clerk, ensuring that everything is in order around the office. Born and educated in the UK, Janinne has also worked in Germany, and last year made the move to Australia with her family for the next challenge. Janinne has had extensive experience in both Practise and Industry Accounting, and previously trained and worked in Mechanical Engineering.

 

Qualifications: Trained Accounting Technician -Industrial and Practice Accountancy
Interests: Janinne enjoys spending time with her young family, including her husband and two sons, traveling, and getting to know Australian customs. She also enjoys keeping active, skiing, mountain trekking and gardening when she finds the time.

 

Brett Daniels

Brett is our lead programmer and brings to Solutions Outsourced expertise in all major platforms and languages. Never shy of a challenge, Brett thrives on any tricky problem looking for a solution. Unlike many programmers, Brett has a keen eye for design, a great sense for usability, and an ability to apply sound logical thinking to the code. As every outcome has a just right mix of usability, functionality and aesthetic, Brett is always happy to sign his name to the work.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Internet Science
Interests: When away from the computer, Brett is known to travel for hundreds of miles for a wine tasting (so long as the cheese is also vintage).

Andy Hobbs

Professionally trained in electronic media, Andy is our web and multimedia designer. Andy started designing websites whilst still in early high-school and has honed his skills well to quickly get to the heart of the key design principles that will make your project look slick (read: more expensive than it really is). Andy loves a challenge, and is integrating increasingly sophisticated design techniques, including video and animations to help the brands leap off the screen.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication)
Interests: Andy loves traveling with his wife, and enjoys a good game of Ultimate Frisbee. Couple this with a good food and good company and he's set.

Zoë Moxon

Zoë is a rare talent who somehow manages to express her design skills in any medium one cares to ask for. Educated at one of Australia's leading design schools, Zoë takes pride in translating a customer's vision into visual cues that represent the values of their business.

Zoë brightens up the office each day with her friendly nature and famous smile, even when that smile is seen over Skype from the Orange Bureau (though seen more regularly in the Camden Bureau these days). Consistently taking pride in the finished product, Zoë is the gal from Orange that makes us all look good.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Graphic Design and New Media
Interests: Zoë is interested in photography - traveling - home wares - being close to the ocean - and of course, good design.

Ricky Hobbs

Ricky's enthusiasm for design cannot help but excite any client about the possibilities that lie within any project. Ricky will rapidly turn your ideas into reality whether it be a double-sided tri-fold brochure or a 32-page catalogue, or somewhere in between. Ricky also maintains a keen eye for photography and adds pizazz to our electronic designs through sight and sound.

Qualifications: Advanced Diploma Of Graphic Design
Interests: When not creating fantastic print layouts, Ricky can be found indulging in his other passion as a club DJ. Ricky also enjoys extreme sports, Art, Music, and good design. He too makes a damn good coffee!

 

Phil Peet

Phil joins the Solutions Outsourced team as our web-savvy Industrial Designer. Phil's Industrial Design qualifications lend a special edge to his passion - web design. Phil is also experienced at logo and layout design and his wide experience makes him well qualified to provide end-to-end solutions for your business.

Qualifications: Bachelor Graphic Design
Interests: Phil also enjoys teaching part time when not in the office, as well as keeping fit at the gym.

 

Rabin Shrestha

Rabin joined the Solutions Outsourced team in 2007 to boost our programming capacity. Our Special Projects specialist, Rabin is quick to capture our clients goals and put them into web action. Experienced in back-end programming and databases, Rabin will help make a special project a reality in a short time frame. He brings a new kind of expertise to the team, having specialised in Software engineering at University.

Qualifications: Masters of Engineering Studies (Software Engineering)
Interests: Rabin does a lot of jet-setting between his home country Nepal and Australia, making traveling one of his key interests. Rabin also loves a good game of Foosball.

Russell Sinfield

With a background in Tech support, and two years teaching Secondary Computer Science, Russell is well equipped to cope with all the queries that pass by the web developers room.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Internet Science, Graduate Diploma in Education
Interests: Russell notes his main interests as computers, computers, and computers. Amongst this array of interests, he does find time to play numerous instruments, such as the bass guitar and keyboard. An aircraft enthusiast, he hopes to eventually obtain his pilots license - the sky's the limit.

Jonno House

One of our latest design acquisitions, Jonno joins the team with great enthusiasm and a love for all things print...though we are slowly converting him to become a web enthusiast too. Helping our senior designers with everything that comes his way, from logo's to posters, websites and coasters.

Qualifications: Advanced Diploma Of Graphic Design
Interests: Jonno is a keen Coffee Barista and film guru when not helping at Solutions Outsourced. He is also the man to speak to for all the latest on festivals and bands.

Olivia Micallef

 

Another new member to the Solutions design team. Olivia has a steady eye for all things design and she is always ready to tackle any new task the designers throw her way. Her bright bubbly personality helps warm up the studio on those cold winter mornings and day after day creating artworks that amaze not only our clients but the design team as well.

Qualifications: Advanced Diploma Of Graphic Design
Interests: Olivia takes every opportunity to get outdoors with family and friends, go to the occasional concert or spend a day in the city. She is also known for her addiction to chocolate and keeping busy.

 

Emily Bailey

Emily is a new member of our design team, she has joined us permenatly this year after spending a few months with us as an intern towards the end of last year. Print media is her main focus although has a keen interest in web design and marketing. Emily's joyful personality and smile make the office feel much like home.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design
Interests: When not in the office, Emily loves going to concerts, cooking and snowboarding (during winter of course).

 

 

Brendan Murty

After devoting years of education to the area of Surveying, Brendan decided it was time to turn over a new leaf and start down a new path, his true calling: web development. The discipline and precision of Surveying endures in Brendan's new role: having an eye for pixel-perfection. What makes Brendan so unique is that he is a self taught web developer and a good one at that.

Qualifications: Self taught Web Developer
Interests: Away from his iPhone and computer Brendan enjoys watching Rugby League and soccer games. He also enjoys finishing off a busy week with one of his favorite Italian dishes, Pizza!

 

Warren Galbraith

The 'all-rounder' on the Solutions Outsourced team. Warren is often seen riding in to save the day, lending his nimble hands to a great variety of technical and other items around the offices of Solutions Outsourced and that of its' clients. Assisting customers with day-to-day computer and operating system issues, to installing network cabling, to giving the lawn out the back the 'warren special', Warren always makes sure things are running smoothly for the team.

Warren is often found assisting Lifeline, and sorting through donated computer equipment.

Qualifications: Advanced Diploma of Computer Support

Interests: Warren keenly collects, sorts and clears out collectibles, antiques - and what to some may be referred to as junk.
