St Luke's Grammar School

St Luke's Grammar School, situated in Dee Why on Sydney's
Northern Beaches, is an Anglican Co-Educational school for students
from pre-Kindergarten to Year 12.

The school aims to educate, develop and inspire students from pre-
Kindergarten right through to graduation to make a difference in the
world. They required a quality web presence so they could easily
interact with their students, teachers and parents. When they first
approached us, the school had several specific ideas regarding the
look and feel of the site, and they also came armed with a range of
assets – including their logo, brand colours and style guide – which
helped us establish the site’s design framework.

Our web designers and developers worked with St Luke’s for
approximately six months to create an online portal that is not only
informative, but also easy to navigate and interact with.
The site has been customised so that a new image appears at the
top of each page (images can be easily updated in minutes by the
client), and it features a custom-built image rotator on the home
page.

Another interesting feature is the google calendar, which has been
integrated into the top menu to give students, teachers and parents
an easy overview of upcoming school events and activities.

The website has been elegantly designed to allow St Luke’s to
include concise, quality information without overloading each page
with too much content. For instance, HCS and Naplan results can be
readily downloaded from the ‘Teaching and Learning’ tab. The site
is easy to navigate and importantly for the client, easy to update.
Overall, the school is thrilled with the result!
