The Detail My Car website was launched this week. After a lot of work on both the clients side and ours, this website is filled to the brim with quality content and elegant design features. The sleek, streamlined interface attempts to mimic the polished finish of a car with its glossy, metallic shine and shimmering rainbow accents. The branding is well-established throughout the website via a deep purple colour scheme and unique typeface styling.
Technically the website features a highly customised shopping process which focuses on providing customers with fast and easy access to all forms of supplementary material including detailed product descriptions and video demonstrations - all from the one page. In addition to keeping the customer informed, the shopping process is a rewarding experience that encourages customers to select "Additional Services" which provides the operator with greater knowledge regarding the individual requirements of a particular customer, while also allowing for more time to be spent detailing the car.
The innovative approach to the shopping process has brought with it many improvements to our products system within Siteflex that will prove to be beneficial to other clients requiring similar shopping procedures.
