Hi there Joey,
Even though the weather is well and truly cooling down, things are still pretty hot over here at Solutions Outsourced. We've attended several exciting events this month, including the AIS Conference, Mater Dei Lipstick Luncheon and our Annual Staff Conference. We’ve also launched a few new projects (details below on one of them in particular), helped a colleague fly to New York for a Webby and, of course, consumed some tasty $10 schnitzels.
Lastly, a big congratulations to Olivia who got married last month! Olivia and Luke tied the knot on April 22nd which was very exciting. They then enjoyed a couple of weeks in the Cook Islands (so jealous!) before returning back to work this week as Olivia Grima. 
Womens Katoomba Convention is an event that runs every year, attracting 1,000s of women to the blue mountains across 2 weekends. They asked us to create a website that promoted the event by capturing the essence of their print design campaign and fit it in with the theme of ‘desire’. You can see the final website here.
The convention is run by one of our long standing clients, Katoomba Christian Convention who we have been working with for many years. KCC’s Marketing director, Mark, said ‘we’re impressed that Solutions Outsourced have worked hard to design websites that meet our branding guidelines while still being creative and unique. They have some talented designers, who, in conjunction with the Siteflex system, make designing new websites a breeze.’ It feels good to be loved.

AIS IT conference review  Mark, Dom and Andy had a great time at the AIS ICT conference earlier this month. The conference was a chance for School’s IT & Communications managers to get together, share ideas and see what’s at the cutting edge for school education. We featured at the expo with web system Siteflex in the spotlight for its flexible capabilities in the school realm. Take a look at some of the pics from our gallery.
Staff Conference wrap up Last month, 15 of the staff from Solutions Outsourced headed up to the Loxley on Bellbird conference centre for a 2 day staff retreat. We spent time discussing work practices, brainstormed ways to improve our work, enjoyed some great food and generally had a good time hanging out. We even took some time off for some horse riding!
We very much enjoyed our time away and returned back to the office reinvigorated and recharged. You can view some of the photos in a gallery here.
