Due for the December Review? As the year draws to an end, we want to encourage you to reflect on the year gone, and to contemplate the direction you intended one year ago. It's important for a business to be continually reflecting and reviewing the business for future development. Some questions that we find helpful are:
What didn't work as we would have liked? What can we do differently? What do we wish we had done that we didnt? On the other hand reflecting on successes and why they were successful is also important.
