Solutions Outsourced Pty Ltd was founded on July 1, 2002 by it’s directors and shareholders Deborah Hammond and Mark Kofahl. The original vision for the company consisted of providing outsourced problem solving to small and medium sized firms in the Macarthur region. The directors brought with them considerable business acumen and technical skills in the areas of design, PR, marketing, accountancy and information technology from the IT industry, with considerable experience acquired by liaising with IT Manufacturers across Australia, Germany, Japan and most importantly, Silicon Valley in California.
Solutions Outsourced pioneered the development of Web Applications in the Macarthur region, and indeed is one of the early adopter companies in Australia to offer Web Application Development to small to medium Australian companies. Early applications developed included Franchise quoting and billing systems (IMACS); Accommodation & Reservation Systems (Ecommodate); and IP telephony billing systems (iPBX).
Following many requests for ‘websites’ rather than ‘web applications’ Solutions Outsourced developed it’s own ‘web application’ to build websites. This became known as Siteflex – an application to build flexible websites.
Siteflex has since blossomed into a sophisticated web application that can handle Websites, Email and SMS Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, Event Management, Corporate Intranets and more. Customers include small companies, large companies, Publicly Listed Companies (ASX listed), Overseas firms, Government and Educational organisations.
The design component of our skill sets include both print media and electronic design, which now consists of a solid portfolio of printed media in national publications as well as electronic media. The design component now also includes site and product based photography, and occasionally aerial photography when required.
Solutions Outsourced has also secured considerable press coverage for it’s clients in the national print media, Radio, Newspaper and electronic media, including usually both column inches and photography.
