With a new Corporate Identity and style up their sleeves, and new property to sell, this Retirement based company needed something tangible that they could hand or send out to interested people, for use at Expo's and to have available in their office.


Due to the scope of the job, a quad-fold, 8 page brochure was the solution. The size of the brochure meant we could make the most of the assets that the client had available, including a detailed artwork of the area, and floor plans of the different buildings. While the artwork required detailed information, it was most important to be visually stimulating and give potential buyers a really good idea of the product -the Retirement Village, the lifestyle, and particularly the environment and buildings. The solution included a photographic shoot of not only the environment, but the people and lifestyle -as this is what they are really selling, not simply a building to live in.

With the brochure was designed to replicate details similar to the new Identity style, and new website also under way at the same time. This was important to make the branding strong.



With plenty of strong resources to work from, and a vibrant new identity, the brochure reveals a solid identity. The design was also used as an influence for Pullups and banners to be used at Expos and such. The brochure exudes the happening lifestyle of the village and facilities through photographic means.
