Carrington Centennial Care
has provided care to the community since 1889. Recognised as a leading provider of aged care and disability services, they continue to modernise their facilities amongst the historic grounds. They in turn needed that modern presence online for potential clients to grasp the fullness of the business.Carrington Care were after a fresh new design to reflect the quality of their services. As part of this brand revamp, Solutions Outsourced were commissioned to develop a new logo and brand style guide.
Carrington Care also required a video for their website and to use at their 2008 AGM.
The new logo and identity meant that Carrington now had a website that looked rather dated and static. Thus the site would be an activity in creating brand recognition. It also had to promote the vibrant nature of Carrington as a place to live. As the website would be the first point of contact for many, first impressions were important. The site had to show the various services that Carrington included.
The new Carrington Centennial Care website incorporates Web 2.0 design principles to help improve conversion and website usability.
A clean interface was designed by our graphic designers including 4 navigational buttons on their homepage that clearly guides users of the website through to their core service areas. The site also makes high use of imagery, with photo sessions on site.
The Carrington Care website effectively uses the following Siteflex modules:
- Streamflex for fast streaming of the video tour in a high resolution
- Formflex contact form management including an application for admission in to Carrington Centennial Care and their general contact form
- Eventflex to communicate to website users any upcoming events including the Carrington Fair.
- Mailflex e-mail newsletter management allowing them to send regular e-mail newsletters.
The Carrington Centennial Care website was launched and coincided with the launch of their new logo. The Carrington Centennial Care website has created a modern medium for communicating with it's customers, friends and the community.
An image packed website covering different levels of information levels. The site uses fresh colours to appeal to all ages and bring out the new logo. The home page in particular is structured in a manner that makes it simple to find suitable links to relevant audiences, e.g. Aged care, retirement.
