In the global communications network, one point of failure can quickly spiral out to affect millions. Certain points of failure, as seen only four years ago between Taiwan and the Philippines, can also put an entire country offline for days.

Consider how would you cope without days of net access? Thankfully this situation is no doubt becoming more and more unlikely. It is interesting to see that we rely so heavily on such small cables under the sea for what is becoming more and more our daily business and personal life, online.

Click through for a better look into the Internet's Undersea world. Interesting how few access points are in Australia! Although perhaps that explains a lot. Clearly the US and Europe have a good setup going - wow!

Here is a website with a collection of cool business cards to inspire you. All cards utilise unconventional design style to make them break out from the standard card. See two innovative business cards below, one looks like the product it's selling, the other uses a fold out feature adding dimension to the card, and in this case, the cut out chair is also relevant to the company's product, hand made furniture.
