Anglican Grammar School

The Anglican Grammar School proprieter came to us requiring advertising for an information evening for a new school to be located within the Orange district if there was enough popular interest from the public. The advertising was to appeal to parents in the district with young children, younger than school starting age, or already in infants school.

Brochures and posters were required to advertise the information evening and to create awareness to prospective students and families in the area. A corporate style was required to maintain consistency, and create recognition. Slide show presentations and a further leaflet were also needed for the night.

A clean approach was undertaken, after speaking to the client it was clear that the design had to be simple, and get the point across. It was also important to portray the right environment, of safety and trust. A colour theme was created, using a pale blue to signify innocence, and cleanliness of a safe school environment. Fonts and image style have been created to suit future applications.

An effective advertising promotion that gave a tangible feel to a not yet tangible school. The clean cut yet young and fresh feel of the posters helped give people a first impression of the School and what was yet to come.
