Brief.
Active and Healthy required a custom web-based directory of falls prevention programs which promoted fitness for the elderly. The directory and website by definition needed to be easy-to-use for senior visitors – and be compliant with the older browsers used by that demographic.
Solution.
An upgrade to our forms functionality made program registration easier; Providers could register themselves, then proceed to a "next step" form to register multiple programs - which they could edit at any time through the Provider Portal. Visitors could then search the directory for programs by location and a desired distance.
Outcome.
A website that lets seniors easily search for and locate a registered falls prevention programme within a certain distance of a location of their choice. Search Results are mapped, and can plot directions to the program.
