645 - Christ Church St. Ives

This site was designed to promote the 6.45pm Sunday service at Christ Church, The Anglican Church in St Ives. The Church already has its own primary website, but they required a new sub-site to promote this particular Sunday service.

The new site, www.645.christchurch.com.au, is aimed at young adults, so the client was seeking a bright, modern and fresh design.
It will be one of three sites that Solution Outsourced is creating for the church, so a very detailed 24-page brief was provided to guide the creation of all three new sites.

This job involved a range of custom designed SiteFlex modifications.
 
The client wanted a new site that was more modern and interactive to appeal to a younger demographic. Their existing site had been built and added to over the years, so the style, design and formatting was inconsistent.
 
The church wanted a new site that had a strong, consistent look and feel, in regards to how the site was displayed and laid out.
 
Because the client had some very specific requests, most aspects of the site were highly customised. For example, there are many purpose-built tabs, headings and drop down menus, and the site has been designed in such a way that the client has a lot of control over content, so they don’t have to come back to Solutions Outsourced every time they want to make changes.

This project was executed under a very strict brief and incorporated a high level of customisation, which is one of the reasons why the site took around nine months to complete. It demanded a lot of expertise to meet the brief, but Solutions Outsourced met every challenge to ensure they exceeded client expectations. The church is very happy with the end result, and work on the next site, www.1015.christchurch.com.au, is currently underway.
